Here at Halsall, we market and distribute the S&G range of vegetables.

Fresh vegetables are an essential part of a healthy diet and S&G are continually striving to meet the needs of our customers by marketing a wide range of vegetable seeds to professional growers throughout the UK and Ireland.

Our experienced sales team work very closely with our customers in the field, supporting them with advice on which varieties to grow for their local conditions and in bringing their needs back to the attention of our plant breeders and product development teams. In Ireland and the Channel Islands, we work directly with major customers and distributors.

We concentrate on introducing new, improved varieties into the market as quickly as possible by dedicated field trials under commercial conditions in the key production areas.

Now we are facing the rapidly increasing demands of the vegetable supply chain, from growers to supermarkets and other food companies, both in the UK and Internationally. To meet this challenge, we are developing our skills and expertise to ensure our products meet the high standards of field and post-harvest performance.
